If you’ve ever been curious about Italian delicacies, now’s your chance to check them out. This summer, we’re taking guests on a culinary tour of Italy at Piattino, celebrating the unique dishes from different regions throughout the country.

We’re starting with Calabria, which is located in southwest Italy. It comprises the “toe” of Italy’s boot-shaped peninsula and is known for its warm climate, mountains, villages and beautiful beaches.

We recently held our first beer pairing dinner at The OFFICE Tavern and Grill, and it was a great success. We featured beer from Ommegang Brewery in Cooperstown, NY, which is known for spicing their beers in a subtle way.

Craft beers are produced by small breweries—ones that distribute fewer than 6 million barrels of beer each year.
