  • 2/3 cup shredded, cooked chicken

  • 2/3 cup crumbled cooked applewood smoked bacon

  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees or preheat your grill to high.

Roll your pizza dough into a 10-inch circle. Move it to the baking sheet. Brush it with oil, then bake 6 minutes on the bottom rack or grill until golden brown. Remove from heat.

Next, spread the BBQ sauce onto the crust. Layer the remaining ingredients (except for the arugula) onto the pizza and top with cheese. Place back into the oven or grill without the pan for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and hot and bubbly.

Remove from the oven or grill, and sprinkle arugula, a pinch of salt & pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Let sit for a few minutes before slicing. Mangia!
