This recipe is so delicious that it was served to Pope John Paul II! It’s a good time to whip this one up, since butternut squash is in season. The recipe is a bit more involved, but it’s healthy—the pizza is topped with smoked mozzarella, butternut squash, zucchini and bell peppers.
